Clayo, I resolved the issue granting permissions to IUSR user con the C:\Inetpub\vhosts\default directory (Windows version).<br />

I' ve just got a VPS Account and added a domain under plesk 9 (see picture for detail).<br />
<br />
When I try to access my domain (<a href="http://www.islandsonbytes.com/" rel="ugc">http://www.islandsonbytes.com/</a>) using a browser I get the HTTP Error 401.3 Message.<br />
<br />
I've check previous question on this board about this issue but nothing solved my problem.<br />
<br />
Also I run the Plesk Reconfigurator Permissions Checking Report and the permissions passed successfully.<br />
<br />
Any help would be appreciated.<br />

Hi,

HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource
