BES Automatic EMail Sync Issue
We have a Blackberry that is having issues syncing email automatically. Here is the environment:
BES 4.1 Server
Blackberry 8330 Device
Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.3 (used to synchronize contacts to allow for public folder syncing)
We have 15 users on the BES server, 14 of whom have no issues. One user is having a problem where they will not receive email automatically through BES, only if they hit the "Reconcile Now" button. Once they have reconciled, email updates and new messages will pull through for approx 30 minutes, then the device stops receiving automatically. The last contact time in BES usually reflects the time that the phone stopped getting mail.
I checked through the settings on the device (message reconciliation on, default message is Desktop) redid enterprise activation, resent the service books and the IT policy. The only thing I have left to try is to wipe out the device, but this particular user has extensive customizations and I want to avoid wiping it if I can.
Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks!

The wipe was a success and the apps and setting were mostly preserved through the backup restore option.

I know you can back up third party apps, but does that cover the "user profile" aka favorites, customizations, security settings etc?
I just deleted the CMIME for Desktop, I will update once its confirmed still broken or fixed.
