How do I change default  message size for all users in Exchange 2007

I recently installed Service pack 2 for Exchange Server 2007, prior to that
any user could send an email up to 10 meg and receive an attachment that
was 10 meg. Currently the size is quite small, How can I chage that size
globally for all users or indivually for each user???

Is it a different setting for sent & received messages????

Can you also recommend a good book for Exchange Server 2007, I'm new to
mail administration.

Hi,
I am not sure what you mean by SP2 for Exchange 2007.
Still, please refer http://exchangepedia.com/blog/2007/09/exchange-server-2007-setting-message-size.html for all your options

As far a good book is concerned, no need to waste money. Just  goto http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124558.aspx and check out material, Webcasts and Labs. ALso visit http://msexchangeteam.com/
