How do they do the graphic properties in the property manager

Does anyone have an idea how the graphic elements within the Property Manager are accomplished. I uploaded the Layout->Anchor as an example.  I would like to incorporate this type of element that in my UserControl.  Any Idea where to start look would be great.

Excellent guys thanks. Another source that I found was:
Pratical C# Charts and Graphics... They go into great detail on this subject in Chapter 7.
