Emails Hosting

Hi Every One
I Have old domain xxx.com and i hosted my emails localy on my server and i want to change the hosting on my isp servers but i changed my domain name to xyz.com the problem is all my customers have the old emails and i want any way to forward all emails coming to old emails to the new emails and the same time i want to format my old mail server so please if you have any solution help me.

But the new mail server is not exchange we have emails with google (gmail App) is there is any way to configure it.

Now i have another plan
I want to add emails from gmail to my exchnage server and i want to download it to exchange for my users and after while i will format my server and i want you help me to
1-add new email to my users on the exchange server example i have old email account user@xxx.com and i want to download the emails come to the new one on the gmail user@xyz.com also i want to make the new email is the default email
2-send auto replay message form old emails to inform the sender about my new email account
