Test SQL query online

I would like to test an SQL query on a database we have online. It is possible to do this? I'm using 2003 visual studio and I can't find any tools to do this. I have a SQL query . Do we have another tools or software to do this.

you should find the sql management studio, if not, you should be able to install it...
otherwise, you should be able to find some free tools.

a command line tool would be osql.exe or isql.exe resp sqlcmd.exe .
