I am looking for a way to populate outlook with fake email. Either a sample pst file or a way to send mail to my address to fill it with fake mail for testing purposes. I think there is a program with exchange I can run but I don't know the name of it. It doesn't have to have a valid return address. I dont want to be on a spam list though.

So, you want to spam a local machine?  Is that right?

The end result is I would like mail in outlook from different dummy users. I know microsoft has a unsupported program (with exchange) to send mail to an account for testing bandwidth but I can't recal what the name of the program is. It could be a sample or dummy pst files with mail in it. Is there any other way to create sample mail and import it into outlook? I don't think a csv file will work.
