I recently created this form but for some reason i cant click inside the boxes to type in my info

(see www.balanceeffect.com/contact.html)

as you can see some boxes i can click into but some i can.
I can tab into all of them, but not click, and the submit and clear form buttons don't work either..

Some of the form boxes are overlaid by the div with id e18, which is absolutely positioned and can therefore occupy the same area as other elements.

You can remove the <div> or explicitly set its z-index style property to a low number to make sure it falls underneath the form, as shown below.

To visualize the location of the <div>, use Firebug in Firefox. Click Inspect in the Firebug window and mouse around the right half of the form until you find the <div> (the borders will highlight).
<div id="e18" style="position: absolute; left: 510px; top: 274px; width: 399px; height: 436px; z-index: -1000;"><!--$emptyText$--></div>
