Problem sending e-mail to certain domains from SBS 2008 Exchange 2007

I receive the following error when I try sending to a certain ISP (ptd.net) #550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found ##  
I am not sure where to start to try to fix this problem.

I looked at both articles in the above post and neither of them apply?  Anyone else have any idea?

Found problem to be I needed reverse DNS setup
