What is the proper way to add another user to a computer with SBS 2008

I need to know the proper way to add another user to a computer. The computer is going to a new user and I need to add the user to the computer to work with SBS 2008. I don't think I use the connect computer wizard.
Do I just add the user in the user accounts in the control panel?

Not an SBS admin particularly, but if they are already a Domain User, just log them in. You can still map to a local security group if needed (Local Administrators, Remote Desktop Users etc...), like normal.....

Lets be safe tho, and wait for someone with more SBS skills to verify/contradict....
