Datacard CP60 not working with CP drivers

I have a datacard CP60 card printer configured with a static IP on our network. We currently use these printers with the generic/text only drivers from windows to print names on our cards, but would now like to add a picture to some. We're trying to use Datacards IDCenter software to print the cards but I can't even get a test card to print. I've tried using a CRDNET port, a TCP/IP port and tried with both enabled with no luck. We can still use the printer with generic/text only drivers and can ping and telnet into it, so I don't think it's a network problem. I've attached the Printer Status window if it's any help.

ASKER

Hooking the printer up to USB does not work either.
