Hello,
When you type our company name in Google.com their return has a url of   ourcompany.com  without the www. in front. If you click on their link when it tries to connect a password window appears. Two questions, how can I fix at our end, if needing to edit records and 2, how/who to address at the google site?  Other search engines come up with www.ourcompany.com, so not sure where to look...

Thank You

sinoj is correct. However, I would definitly correct your DNS.  To have ourcompany.com and www.ourcompany.com go to 2 seperate sites, is not good practice. Check your dns and make sure that your @ record and www record go to the same IP address.  And then you will have to check on your webserver that they both go to the same directory.

If you have it set up differently, I am sure that it will cause confusion for your customers.
