Citrix - Microsoft JScript compilation error

I have a user that seems to be having issue with connecting to Citrix from home.  It seems to be fine when she's at work, but when at home and connecting via VPN she would get the below error.  I have about 50+ users that use Citrix and they don't seem to have this issue when traveling or not in the office.  Any ideas?

Grasping at straws here but does she have the same JRE version as everyone else?  Citrix is very sensitive to the JRE version.

She's out of the office, but I would assume it is similar to everyone else.  I would have to check to confirm.  She can connect when she's in the office.  Only time she run into this issue is when traveling and connecting to VPN first then logging into Citrix.

Still no luck after re-installing JRE.  I also try uninstalling and re-installing citrix with no luck.  This doesn't seem to be affected by VPN, but Citrix itself.  This is affecting only one user.  Anything else to try?

Rename or delete her profile and let a new one get created and try again.

Would this be her Citrix profile?  I mean the profile on the Citrix server?

yes

Still getting the same error.  Tried renaming her profile so that it creates a new profile, and still getting same error.  Probably I will have her to logging into Citrix from my machine and see if that makes any difference.

You have a weird error then.  You may need to do Process Monitor to track down where the error is occuring.

Well reloading her system did the trick.  Not sure what it is, but no one else seems to have the issue except for her.

This did not resolve the issue, but it's what came into mind when she got that JScript error.  Thanks for the help.
