Hi,
I have Back Up exec 11.D installed on my SBS.
Since yesterday I have been getting the following error. 0xe00084f0 Device Timed Out.
I looked at the drivers which appear to be ok and also tried a cleaning tape in the drive to no avail.

Thanks

Matt

Do you see event 7, 9, 11 or 15 in the system event log at the time the the device goes offline?
That would indicate a hardware problem somewhere along the SCSI chain.

Yes, thats what I thought. I have run hardware diagnostics and everything appears clean.
