Access Outlook Offline Folder File Settings

When I access the Offline Folder File Settings through the Tools/E-MAil Accounts/View or Change.../Microsift Exchange Server/Change/More Settings  the Disable Offline Use button is grayed out - how to I go about changing the settings to allow access to this button?

I am unable to connect to anything with the link provided by Ryan80.  However, by disabling the Cached Exchange Mode I was able to select the Disable Offline Use button.

Sorry that it didnt work for you.  

That makes sense though that you would have to uncheck cached mode first.  Good idea.
