I have recently just set up a brand new computer. It has MS Windows XP and is connected to a domain with a Windows 2003 SBS server. The computer has just been set up and configured. When trying to connect remotely to the machine it locks up and freezes and the connection fails to establish. The computer is right out of the box and the only software products installed are; MS Office, Symantec Endpoint Protection V. 11, Simply accounting, and Adobe Acrobat.
