Import second calendar into Outlook 2007 on Exchange

I have exported and imported one users calendar from their local PST file (I exported to a PST file then imported it ; it only had the Calendar in it). Now I am trying to import a second users calendar to merge them together, but it does not see to want to import.. it goes through the motions, but I do not see any entries.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

open the pst to be sure there is something in it that is not allready in the current calender.

Did you try creating another contacts object, importing it to that contact folder, and then copying it from that contact folder to the other one?

Sorry, i meant to same calendar.

Steffan, yes they have different appointments scheduled..

Ryan80, yes, I imported it to anohter folder and it was OK and I can drag and drop then scheduled events into the main calendar, but there are about 3000.. I tried doing a different view and copy and pasting them, but it did not seem to work..

so there must be something I am missing.. probably simple.
Also one thing that I tried that worked was zooming out to a month view and there I was able to select all of the events for that month.  From there right click on the items and there should be the option for move to folder.  Select the folder that you want to move them to, and that should work.

If not,   What about the permissions on this new calendar?  Maybe that is causing issues? maybe try to export it again once you check on the permissions and now that it is in this copy of Outlook, and then import it back into the other calendar?
