Dear experts,

Would you be able to explain about "process mailbox" and "service account" terminology in Microsoft Exchange?
What are they & how to configure? the usage and difference?

I think by Process mailbox you mean the System mailbox and if thats what you would like to understand then read this :

Service Account is a factor that was associated with Exchange 5.5 and they are no longer used with Exchange 200x
