Hi all,

I have about 900 PDF files that I would like to reduce their seize; they vary from 4 Mb to 35Mb. Is there any way or a program that I can use to reduce these multiple PDF's at one go?

If you are using Adobe Acrobat Professional you can use the Batch Processing option and using Print as the command Sequence and selecting the PDF Optimizer option. You can reduce the file sizes by decreasing the backwards compatibility and reducing the image compression, fonts, discarding objects, etc.
Is there a specific setting or option in the files that are consistently oversized?

I will try it out. I just downloaded the trial version and hopefully it works.

I am not sure. There are a combination of words pictures diagrams and so on.
