Hi experts ,,,
We are currently running A DFS on two of our Windows 2008 servers and working on adding a third windows 2003 server as a name space and targeted area ,,,, every thinks works fine with adding name space and targeted folders (on the win 2008 root server ) but the replication service part is not added and receiving an error that DFS replication service is not started ,,, replication works fine between the win 2008 machines ,,, adding another win 2008 server name space and target is working fine with no errors ,,,, it looks that I'm missing something related to Windows 2003 replication service ? any idea or help is appreciated...

I found it ,,, It looks that I've been using 2003 SP1 version which dosn't include DFS replication component that is supported with 2008 ,,,, So I switched to Windows 2003 SP1 R2 ,,, and this resolved as the DFS is included with File server role.
