Higher resolution support on Ubunto

HI

I have installed latest version of Ubuntu linux on my system. But the screen resolution is not more that 800*640. My moniter is 19 inch LCD. Mother board is Intel 945.
Where can i find the driver of video and how to install it on Ubuntu.

Regards

Do you have any restricted driver available in System->Administration->Hardware Driver?

Which is the model of your graphic card? (you can find it by typing lspci in a terminal)

I got empty list on System->Adminstration->Hardware drivers window.
When i did the lspci command on the terminal i got the following info.
