Remote Desktop Disconnected

when connecting through Remote desktop to windows 2008 server, it shows following error
 Remote Desktop Disconnected
"Because of an error in data encryption, this session will end. Please try connecting to the remote computer again."
i have checked all permission.
any one have solution
