The orthogonal array testing is a systematic, statistical way of testing pair wise interactions by deriving suitable small set of test cases from a large number of possibilities
You may find out a good reference here

Please refer under Orthogonal Array-Based Test Cases

This article also will be useful in your case,
http://www.developsense.com/testing/PairwiseTesting.html which describes pairwise testing as well as orthogonal array.

Please refer back if you need further help.
