Hello.  I am trying to get SQL Express 2005 edition to run on server 2008.  The system says that the password does not meet the requirements.  I need help getting this installed on the server.  Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Have you tried setting it up using a strong SA password that meets Windows Server 2008 password policy?

Have a look at the link below as well, might be useful -
