Out of 200 users, I have a single user thats continousy having to hit send/receive to get his new emails downloaded in Outlook.
It simply wont auto connect and sync his emaills.
This folder was last updated at 12:05 PM is displayed, and it says Connected to Microsoft Exchange.
We have tried running in Cached and uncached modes.
Also, under the Mail Settings its not set to auto download at a scheduled time... which is correct I beleive.
Please advise on some things to try.
