WYSE S10 add usb scanner

have an HP Scanjet 3110 connected via USB to the S10 thin client and not able to get it to recognize.

Under system information>event log I can see there us a line stating "USB: unknown device on port 1, size 18

We are trying to use the scanner in an XP Pro environment. RDC to windows XP Pro box.
Have installed the Wyse TCX USB Virtual software already and still nothing.

that looks like the solution! only problem on my end is my wise clients are older firmware. also, the drivers are not compatible with server 2003. so, what I need to do is create a virutal machine running windows xp pro.
I will needto do this with VMware bc Windows virtual server 2005 (free version) does not support USB.
