Speed of .aspx page

I have compiled my web application code and put DLL  on the server. It always take little longer when it loads first time. My question is why it does that even DLL are already compiled. Is there any solution or suggestions?

The DLLs may be precompiled, but the ASPX pages, ASCX controls etc. aren't.  They get compiled on first access to the server and are stored in c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files
