SQL Server suspended mode issue

I got this link that recommend on how to fix the suspended mode issue, http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlnetfx/thread/942fe3d4-141a-486a-afdf-53f079d3a4d3. On the two recommended answers, no. 2 asked us to implement this, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms174283.aspx

My question is how do i implement it on my sql server? I mean really what are the steps I should do?

As in the BOL http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms174283.aspx states you have to find the handle to use in the DBCC FREEPROCCACHE otherwise it will clear up all will cause pefromance degradation for other queries/procs..

USE AdventureWorks;
SELECT * FROM Person.Address;
SELECT plan_handle, st.text
FROM sys.dm_exec_cached_plans
CROSS APPLY sys.dm_exec_sql_text(plan_handle) AS st
WHERE text LIKE N'SELECT * FROM Person.Address%';
Here is the result set.

plan_handle                                         text

--------------------------------------------------  -----------------------------

0x060006001ECA270EC0215D05000000000000000000000000  SELECT * FROM Person.Address;

(1 row(s) affected)

 Copy Code
-- Remove the specific plan from the cache.
DBCC FREEPROCCACHE (0x060006001ECA270EC0215D05000000000000000000000000);
