Is there a way to auto generate topology map in Visio. I create a sample script below  that I want to use to build a topology map in Visio.

There are several approaches to doing what you're asking about. One good place to start is this page, if the data about your network objects is in an external data source:

This page is specific to network diagrams:

If you want to write code, this article is about flowcharts but should provide some good pointers and reusable code:
   http://www.visguy.com/2006/09/13/create-visio-flowcharts-programmatically/
It provides good examples of using existing templates and stencils to drop masters onto a page, which is exactly what you want to do with the masters you've listed above.
