Hello experts,

We have an Exchange 2003 server SP2 an WM6 HTC smartphones connected using Exchange direct push.
When we send messages from the smartphones, the message are well sent, but are not saved anywhere. I tried everything I read in others topics, so I've checked "save copy to sent items folder" on the handset, I check "Sent Items" for synchronizing with exchange, but nothing help...
The "Sent Items" folder, on the mobile, contains every messages sent from Outlook... But messages sent from the mobile are lost... They are sent, because we can receive those messages, but no way to keep a copy in "sent items" folder.

Anyone could help ?

Thanks

It should be saving them.
Do you have more than one device that is happening on?

That is happening on my device only... My colleague use the same model of device, but has no problem.
I deleted the server configuration on my device, then created it again, but it still not work.

Any idea ?

I've done a Hard Reset on my mobile device, now it works fine... So it was not an Exchange problem but just a Windows Mobile problem.

Thank you Simon for your comment,
