When I try to use MaskedType="Time" or "None" and InputDirection="RightToLeft", the input always starts from the left. Also I would like to enter times greater thab 24:00, such as 30 hrs 15 mins. Is there a way to do either of these?

I think Time means something like 7:45 and 30 hrs 15 mins is a TimeSpan not Time. So you may have to use some other form of validation or masking.

I now understand what you are saying about the difference between time and timespan. I am still having am issue with setting MaskedType="None" and InputDirection="RightToLeft",the input always starts from the left. Have any ideas on this?

I think in ASP.NET, it depends on the regional and language settings of the client machine. Did you try changing the client machine regional settings and then test it?

What I ended up doing was making it MaskedType="Number" with a Mask="99:99" ClearMaskOnLostFocus="false" and InputDirection="RightToLeft". Then I added a RegularExpressionValidator with ValidationExpression="^([0-2_][0-9_]|3[0-6]):([0-5_][0-9_])$" as I want times up to 36:59.
