WHS can monitor status of anti-virus software on your client PC's, and provide warnings when that client software is disabled or out of date.

I haven't seen anything that would actually run scans, defragging, or other functions like you ask, but there are lot's of add-ins available.  Have you looked at the wegotserved.co.uk site?  lots of info there

I have several computers in a home network. Two of the computers have 7   1.5 terabyte drives. They recognize each other in the network but are unable to share files. When I disconnect some of the drives, they are able to share files. Is there a limit to either the number of shared hard drives or drive space in a computer for file sharing?

Thanks for accepting my answer.  I think your issue on the file sharing needs to be posted as a new question.  It doesn't sound like its specific to WHS.
