Having trouble with the public folder replication

Hello Guys,

I have 2 BE running exchange 2003 ent sp2 and 1 exchange 2003 ent sp2 FE setup.In one of the BE server,  i'm getting this warnings every 2 minutes, here are the Events below. About 2 months ago i removed a Mail Box Store not sure if this has to do with anything. Problems with 3 public folders same name but different versions,  NON_IPM_SUBTREE\OFFLINE ADDRESS BOOK\/o=Domain/cn=addrlists/cn=oabs/cn=Default Global Address List\OAB

my  whole exchange organization is base on exchange 2003.

1129 is missing replica.
I would check the OAB system folders in ESM and ensure that both servers are listed as replicas. If only one is listed then add the other.
If both are listed, then remove the one for the server that is throwing the error, wait approx 20 minutes and then put it back in again. Repeat for all of the OAB system folders.
