Hi

We have one user that just got a replacement 8310; we've done an enterprise activation on his device, however, every time he receives a new email, it gives him a message that there is additional information but he has to click on a link to retrieve it. Is there some setting that we can change on the blackberry to download full content? this happens regardless of whether he has attachments in the email.

Hi, normally this only occurs for the emails that are pre-populated onto the device during activation.  If this is not occurring open Messages > Press menu > Select Options > Select General Options > Ensure Auto More = Yes.
