InDesign crashes when printing to RISO printer?

I have 1 user out of 25 that can not print to our RISO PS7R-HC5500 printer.  We are using Adobe CS3 standard with all updates. I have tried to share the RISO from our server and direct.  I have setup the printer EXACTLY as the other users. I am completely out of ideas.  When I choose print (from within InDesign) i get the printer list to choose from.  As soon as I choose the Riso I get an error message and it crashes. It is a generic Windows crash error of a gray box that reads InDesign.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Also gives me option to send error report. I hit send and dont send and sometimes I get another exception error. Any ideas would be great. It is a fresh install of XP, office 2003, CS3 adn all updates

Just a suggestion... perhaps your preferences have gotten corrupted. Try rebuilding your InDesign preferences. You do this by closing InDesign, then as soon as you click to open it, hold down Ctrl-Alt-Shift (or Command-Option-Shift-Control on Mac). Don't release the modifier keys... you'll get a dialog box asking if you want to replace the Preferences... click Yes, but don't release the keys yet... you'll get a second confirmation that says the same thing. Click Yes again, then let InDesign start.
This is just a "try everything" suggestion... it's worth a shot.

No luck.  Same result after rebuilding the preferences. Anything else?
