how can i controle outbound mails quequs

i have too many quequs in my exchange, how can i controle them? at the moment i have over 50000 outbound mails, so it is very slov to send mails out?

That isn't normal.
That would sound like your server is being abused by a spammer.
What version of Exchange are you using?

Your server is being abused.
Start with my clean up article: http://www.amset.info/exchange/spam-cleanup.asp
That will help you find how it is being abused and to flush the queues out.

You may also find that you have been blacklisted as well.
