asp.net crystal report suddenly getting error "The report you requested requires further information."

I have an asp.net application that has been running for over a year without any issues and now suddenly I am getting the error, "The report you requested requires further information." when we try and run a report.  The same code on a test server is still working fine, but the code on the production server doesn't.  I have see a lot of solutions that show how to set this up originally, but our code hasn't changed I am assuming that someone changed something on the server or something but for the life of me I can't figure it out.

Did passwords change?

Did permissions change?

Did the view or stored procedure change?

Yes!!!  Thank you, I had checked the password, but this time I reset it and once I reset the password it started working again.
