Hi All

hoping you can help me..

i have a new 2008 terminal server with some V10l Wyse thin clients connecting to it with the 1.2.4 TCX Multidisplay program installed on the server for clients that have dual screen.

My problem is, whenever a multidisplay v10 logs in, windows does the normal applying user settings etc, then gets stuck on preparing your desktop. It eventually tells me a explorer has stopped working, does the normal send info / restart program etc.. if i click restart it goes through the same process.. if i click close it hangs there with no desktop.

the details of the "stopped working" message indicate a problem with module MHaHK32.dll i cannot find any details on this dll apart from the fact that it is in stalled along with multi display software.

anybody know why it is crashing like this?

cheers

I have installed an earlier version of the software and it looks like it has fixed the problem.
