Hi,
The motherboard of my computer crashed recently, I had a folder locked by FolderAccess 2.0.0 software on that computer. Right now I am trying to recover the folder on another computer through usb as an external HDD. I installed the same version of FolderAccess to try to unlock the folder. Whenever the software tries to unlock, t prompts me to enter the password then it gives me this error: 75 error occurred: path/file access error. For some reason, the folder shows a Control Panel icon and it has the same content as the control panel !! I tried to unlock the folder under Administrator account & on Safe Mode but i get the same error message. I tried to copy or winrar  the folder without any success, Access is Denied. Any previously unlocked files on the external HDD are fine & accessible.

Thanks in advance

If the folder or file is locked, Unlocker is the solution.

Thanks. The Unlocker could not unlock it. I had to rename the folder in order to fix it.
