How I Link to powerpoint presentaion using adobe flex

I have a web page using Adobe Flex 3, and I have one button that will link to PowerPoint presentation file, how can I make the link using action script 3 to link to the file. The file is located in a local area network server.

Thank you for the help, but it did not work, I also created a folder on the project folder and copied all of my presentaion but it did not work, please help, I need it urgently, I will increase the point to 500.
by the way I am using .pptx instead of .ppt for office 2007.

I can not load any powepoint presenation from my local network, nothing happend when I click the button.
