MailEnable Uninstall Problem

Right now I'm on the middle of a nightmare with MailEnable. Luckely I have a backup of all postoffices and the config directory. However!
I tried to uninstall Professional edition and then I installed the Enterprise edition (To test the differences). However, something went wrong and I couldn't load my postoffices and information.
I tried to uninstall it but I received a message from UNWISE.EXE saying: Could not open INSTALL.LOG
I tried a manual uninstall following the KB from MailEnable, but no luck.
Next, I tried to find that file, found two similars: INSTALL-ENTERPRISE.LOG and MEInstall.log, I tried renaming one to install.log, same error, the other one, same error.
How can I uninstall it and make a clean new install? I need my mails back and active as soon as possible!
