No i haven't. I lost the cd so i would not able to go through the normal process.
Just downloaded the Graphics driver and Sound card drivers. Installed both seperately. Graphics is working fine. Only problem with sound card.

Try to search for the driver name around the net and download the latest driver for XP. Or you can using the Update Driver, this option can be found in Properties.

Then uninstall the driver and install it using the new one you just downloaded. That should fix the issue.

Another option will be to update your XP with the latest updates (SP3)

You need to install the chipset drivers -before- the sound driver.
Chipset is in between the sound and the rest of the system.

According to the picture you posted, you have the Intel GZ, not the GV, so the links I posted were for the GZ and are identified in my previous post. The Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility for the GZ is here:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=816

The direct download link to the file is here:

The south bridge of your chipset is an ICH7 or ICH7R chip.
http://ark.intel.com/chipset.aspx?familyID=22687

The south bridge chip has AC'97 and Intel HD sound integrated into it.
http://ark.intel.com/product.aspx?id=27683

The chipset driver should in fact -contain- your sound drivers..
