Is there a program out there that can compare two different media cards (mapped as drives) to see what s on the cards, and easily duplicate , copy over the data from one to the other to keep them in sync?

SyncToy will synchronise the contents of both of the media drives and will also run a preview to gove you an idea of the difference in content on the media cards.

This is a free download from Microsoft available from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=C26EFA36-98E0-4EE9-A7C5-98D0592D8C52&displaylang=en

Be aware you must have .NET Framework 2.0 or higher installed.

Alternatively, you need file comparison software if you would like more verbose information about the files on the card, so something like WinMerge http://winmerge.org/ or UltraEdit Ultra Compare (not free) http://www.ultraedit.com/products/ultracompare.html
