I have a user with roaming profiles, outlook 2003 through exchange 2003.
She has a laptop with her emails setup and also uses another PC in the building, this has her emails setup as well.
Since yesterday she receives her emails on her laptop but on the desktop the inbox is empty.  If you send/receive on the desktop any new emails will populate the inbox but as soon as you send/receive the emails on the laptop you get the emails but the inbox on the desktop empties.
Anyone got any ideas, she did say that she had to setup her emails on the laptop yesterday due to a problem!!

Please check the default delivery location of emails in outlook, if emails are delivered to the pst file then it would not be available in the mailbox.
