SSO for cross-domain authentication using PNAgent failing

Hi all,

I've got a curious problem in my Citrix-setup. Here's the info on our environment.

2 domains, Domain A and Domain B; both connected directly and trust is in place + working.
Citrix servers reside in domain A.

When using the PNAgent and Citrix Web Access, users in Domain A can connect using SSO to the published applications. Users in Domain B, however, need to enter their password 3 times manually before they can get onto the published apps.

When using the Program Neighbourhood it works fine though... Is this because of the Web-Access?

I've tried looking into the different settings and all seems to be correct. Anyone any ideas?!

Check your settings for the PNAgent site. Verify both domains are listed. Program Neighborhood is using ICA to poll using domain credentials that are specified.

Sorry, I was thinking of workspace control which in not availible on a PNAgent site.

It seems that our Automated install didn't work well. When installing manually SSO worked. We already had the SSON_ENABLED=YES in the command, but had to add ENABLE_DYNAMIC_CLIENT_NAME=Yes in order for an automated install to use SSO.

Point split because of your efforts!

Kind regards,
