Reporting Services Custom Assembly

I have a custom assembly in the GAC with a Strong Name. All permissions are fully trusted at the moment.
When access my report server to view reports from another pc on the same network "LAN". I am getting a permission error with sql.

Could not load file or assembly "MicrosoftReportViewer.WinForms, Version = 9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=
MicrosoftReportViewer.WinForms points to reporting services.

It appears that the ReportView may not automatically be installed and you need to install it on the other machine.  It sounds like you are deploying an App to another machine as opposed to accessing a web app and it is trying to access the ReportViewer in the Framework which is missing.
