Pinnacle PCTV XP "Hardware initialization failed" error.

My pinnacle TV Tuner(110i) was working fine. Since 2 days it suddenly says "Hardware initialization failed". I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the PCTV Vision software. But same result.While I run PCTV assistant all tests were successful except the last test that is
"Device test" . Message is as follows

"The device test failed. Probably no interrupt was assigned to the PCTV, or the interrupt in question is being used by another hardware device.
Please use the Device Manager to review the configuration of your system and resolve this conflict.
Press Exit to exit the program."

I didn't do any changes in my system and I checked the connections also. Everything fine. But I am confused why this error occur. How to solve this?

Take a look at device manager and see if there are any yellow exclamation or question marks. There may be an issue with a corrupt driver or a setting that has changed, causing a conflict (possibly an IRQ conflict). Report back what you find, if anything.

Hi.

Most of the time this happens due to conflict between the Vision software and Nero 6.  If you have installed this application, you have to delete two files to solve the problem: C:\Programs\shared files\Ahead\DSFilter The files: NeQTADec.ax and NeQTVDec.ax ".

If this is not your case, then perform the below steps:

When you start the vision software, before you get the error message usually you will still be able to see the splash screen for a short time. Please find out which number you can see next to the entry: country code. (000,001 etc). If you find 000, you need to adjust an entry within the registry to solve this error.
First click on the start button, then choose run. Type in Regedit.
Now you have to look through the given directories using the following path:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pinnacle Systems]
"TVCountry"="000"

When you have found the entry TVCountry, you have to replace the 000 with your own country code.

Please click on the below link to view the list with all the main country codes:

I hope this will work.
