WSUS and WUAUCLT, making atsea admin life better

OK:

I am just trying to make Windows updates more admin friendly. I am at sea, using slow Ku band VSAT, and the more WSUS takes care of for me,  the better. When downloading updates, there are a few spots that you need to basically register with Microsoft to ensure you are in compliance with the End User License agreement, (EULA).  Otherwise, updates will not continue. One is called Microsoft Genuine advantage tool. Once downloaded, you can continue on with your updates. For XP with office, without EULA registration,  you have 500mb of updates left.

My WSUS question:
Is there a way to get the WSUS service to download Microsoft Genuine advantage tools, and active X controls so that microsoft uses to determine if you comply with EULA so I can continue on through my updates without too much interuption? There are three spots that updates are interupted with the WSUS server.

My WUAUCLT question:
I type WUAUCLT /detectnow and it appears to work, It just skips a line and goes to the next command line. When I type WUAUCLT /help or /? to see the options, nothing happnes. It too skips a line and goes to the next command line. If I type WUAUCLTdiag. It too skips a line and goes to the next command line.

Do I need to download a  WUAUCLT  client tool? Does WSUS have this available for authorize as a download so I can distribute it out to all of my machines (VISTA, XP, 2003 Serv, 2008 Serv)??

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

John

Why does the wuauclt /? or /help not display the switches. if I run either at the command prompt this is what I see:
_____________________________
C:\ wuauclt /?  (or /help)

C:\
____________________________
Shouldn't it display the switches as a help feature?

One last thing:
Microsoft has two Genuine advantage tools that need to be installed pior to getting some updates. For instance, Inernet Explorer 7 needs Genuine advantage prior to downloading. I have IE7 on the WSUS server awaiting most computers to install. IE7 has been approved for all domain computers, (except MAC), but will not install because the need to register.

This happens about 4 times during a WSUS update from a bare bones machine and it stops the WSUS updates each time. So, I have to go to the Microsoft web site and register with EULA, then my WSUS server gives me another group of updates each time. Am I missing a section of WSUS downloads that registers with microsoft that I can download so WSUS updates go more smoothely?
