I have windows server 2003.
I'm currently trying to troubleshoot a possible problem with my HP storageworks 76GB usb tape drive.
I have downloaded the tools and testing utility from the HP site but get the unhandled exception 0x80040706 when I begin the installation.
Any ideas on a solution / workaround ?
