I think pubpol1.dat is part of the .net framework.  And a necessary file.

Thanks, I know that, I meant for what .NET framework/CLR need it and why many instances of it is generated for my Windows service. I'm trying to find out if this service is doing something wrong or it's part of .NET nature/fubctionality?
